The 1770

Named after the historic Queensland town, the 1770 is Sunshine Tiny Houses’ most compact model — and one of the most popular. At 6 metres long, it proves you don’t need to compromise on quality or comfort to live small.

Unlike most tiny houses, the 1770 features a ground-floor bedroom — no climbing a loft ladder at the end of the day. This makes it ideal as a short-stay rental, a primary residence for solo occupants, or a retreat on your property.

Inclusions

Every 1770 comes with a custom-built trailer (3.5T or 4.5T ATM options), Bluescope steel frame, Colorbond roof with R2.5 insulation, Weathertex exterior cladding, full kitchen and bathroom fit-out, split-system air conditioning, and instantaneous gas hot water.

Build Levels

  • Lock-Up — Structure, cladding, roof, windows and doors installed. From $59,500 incl. GST.
  • Shell — Lock-Up plus electrical and plumbing rough-in. Price on application.
  • Turn Key — Fully finished and move-in ready. From $109,000 incl. GST.
