Delivery Day
Our contractor transports and positions your home on-site. For modular homes, the site connection process begins the day after delivery.

Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, we can arrange delivery to rural and regional areas across Australia. Access requirements and lead times may vary — let us know your location when requesting a quote.
What site preparation do I need?
You'll need a clear, level pad with adequate vehicle access for the transport truck and trailer. For modular homes, a screw pile or concrete footing with steel stump foundation needs to be ready before delivery — a concrete slab is not ideal for our modular builds. We can advise on specifics for your build.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is quoted case by case. Cost depends on your location, the size and weight of your build, and any route permits required for oversize loads. Contact us with your address for a delivery estimate.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
We recommend being on-site for delivery so you can approve the positioning and inspect your home upon arrival. Someone over 18 should be present to accept the delivery.
