Named after the legendary Noosa surf break, the Boiling Pot is a force to be reckoned with. At 9 metres, it’s our largest dual-loft model — and the only one in our range with a dedicated TV room, giving you a proper separation of living spaces in a tiny home footprint.

Available in 2.4m or 2.8m width, the Boiling Pot is ideal for those who want a full family home experience without being tied to a permanent location.

Custom triple axle trailer (4.5T ATM), Bluescope steel frame, Colorbond roof, Basalt Trimdek cladding with cedar feature wall, full kitchen with Westinghouse appliances and Xenolith benchtops, Mitsubishi split-system air conditioning, Rinnai B16 instantaneous gas hot water, and polymarble bathroom with semi-frameless screen.

Build Levels

Lock-Up — Structure, cladding, roof, windows and doors installed. From $90,000 incl. GST.
Shell — Lock-Up plus electrical and plumbing rough-in. Price on application.
Turn Key — Fully finished and move-in ready. From $170,000 incl. GST.

Note: Toilet not included. Options range from $400 to $8,000+.
