Custom triple axle trailer (4.5T ATM), Bluescope steel frame, Colorbond trimdeck roof, cedar feature cladding, full kitchen with Westinghouse appliances, Mitsubishi split-system air conditioning, Rinnai instantaneous gas hot water, and semi-frameless bathroom with white subway tile sheeting.

Optional upgrades include solar systems, home automation, skylights, and single-drawer dishwasher.

Build Levels

Lock-Up — Structure, cladding, roof, windows and doors installed. From $71,500 incl. GST.
Shell — Lock-Up plus electrical and plumbing rough-in. Price on application.
Turn Key — Fully finished and move-in ready. From $135,000 incl. GST.

Note: Toilet not included. Options range from $400 to $8,000+.
