Lennox

The Lennox is Sunshine Tiny Houses’ flagship model — and it shows. At 9 to 10 metres, with extra ceiling height and a ground-floor master bedroom, this is a tiny house that doesn’t feel tiny.

What sets the Lennox apart is the layout: a proper ground-floor bedroom means no more climbing a ladder to get to bed, while the loft above provides a second sleeping area for guests or kids. The extra height makes the whole home feel open and airy in a way that smaller models can’t match.

Custom triple axle trailer with VIN plate (4.5T ATM), Bluescope steel frame, Colorbond trimdeck roof with R2.5 insulation, thermal break wall wrap, full kitchen with Westinghouse appliances, Mitsubishi split-system air conditioning, Rinnai B16 instantaneous gas hot water, 820×820mm polymarble shower with semi-frameless screen, and custom Polytec matt and ravine joinery.

Build Levels

  • Lock-Up — Structure, cladding, roof, windows and doors installed. From $80,000 incl. GST.
  • Shell — Lock-Up plus electrical and plumbing rough-in. Price on application.
  • Turn Key — Fully finished and move-in ready. From $155,000 incl. GST.
