Interior linings are your choice: plywood, VJ sheeting, cedar, or pine — all finished with a 3-coat paint system.

Build Levels

Lock-Up — Structure, cladding, roof, windows and doors installed. From $60,000 incl. GST.
Shell — Lock-Up plus electrical and plumbing rough-in. Price on application.
Turn Key — Fully finished and move-in ready. From $115,000 incl. GST.

Note: Toilet not included. Options range from $400 to $8,000+.
